add auto-updating abilities to app #29

Give PP the ability to check for current version, fetch the zip file for it and 
install. This means that new releases won't need a full build of binaries on 
each platform because they can just update the PP library itself. That means
 - easier (so more likely) to release fixes
 - easier (so more likely) to install fixes for users
 - easier to maintain releases for multiple OS X targets (tiger, leopard and 
eventually snowleopard)
 - reduced space requirements at googlecode

Checking for current version and downloading/unzipping is complete (in svn)

Still need to workout how to set path correctly for setuptools installs (need 
to find the 
correct .pth file and replace the psychopy entry with a new one :-$ )
