It appears we can't turn autocalculate off, which is a serious problem. We'll need to split the language file into several smaller files. The tabs below will probably need their own individual files due to the massive amount of data contained there:
The other tabs can likely remain in the original file.
I've seen this too but I'm usually able to load the spreadsheet by reloading the page.

This is more likely a case of Google still fiddling with the engine in the background than a case of Auto-completion not working properly. As the spreadsheets were fine a few days ago, they will no doubt regain there functionality when Google get their act together. The less than helpful, "You found a function we haven't implemented yet." is less than perfect, but does show the 'beta' stance of the software. I propose a wait and see position. There isn't any mission critical data in those two new files, just the translation texts.
There's tooltip bugs I fixed, and I normally always work from the spreadsheet, but for now I made the changes in the text files directly. I agree it isn't critical to get that in the spreadsheet. However, those fixes are in the risky situation of possibly getting lost. We need to compare the file changes in the commit next time one of us updates from the spreadsheets, and copy over recent changes from the files to the spreadsheet.
I have sent off a couple of bug reports to Google including links to these files. This is far from acceptable for a way of maintaining the text files. Unfortunately there isn't an easy way to fix this from our end. We need access to the files to make the needed edits but we can't get access to them without endless loading issues. The possibility to make new sheets using the older format is also gone. Very frustrating.
We definitely need access to that spreadsheet again. I'll just edit the language files manually in the short term.
Google look like they have finally fixed this issue. The new version spreadsheets are back to their speedy selves again.
If we still want to change them, I suggest setting up a separate spreadsheet for each language with references to the master English sheet(s) that we make all the text from.
Language_en_US has 2 tabs, one for the CAT module and another for CEG. ALL the TXT_KEYS could be placed here and possibly the resultant text files could be merged in the actual mod also. (not a priority) Language_ES_ES, and the other language spreadsheets named similarly, would then look to this as the text to translate. Then each translation formula, for one language per sheet, could be tweaked to take into account the peculiarities of the Google results, hopefully making it faster still.
The CEP_Language spreadsheet freezes my browser when I attempt to open it. I suspect this may be due to the thousands of translations recalculated on every tab, every time we open the file. If anyone can access that spreadsheet, please disable autocalculation of columns in the foreign language sections. We can recalculate those sections manually when we export them from the spreadsheet.
