UI Didn't Load! #301

So, I've had a difficult night trying to get either Communities or the Community patch to work for me, and all I do is run in to problems.

The final problem I've come across is that the moment I start a game and found my first city I can not produce anything in it and the top of the screen says, "UI Didn't Load!"

I've cleared my cache and mod memory stuff. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. The only mods I have on are the Communities mods and Pontoon Bridges and Canals. I have no clue what I need to do.

Help me, please. You are my only hope.

P.S. Go easy on me, please. I don't understand a lot of the language used on these sites and I don't know many of the acronyms people use.

@RichardLeeChilton You really shouldn't be using the Communitas mod any longer. We abandoned work on that nearly a year ago, I myself have only recently (last 2 weeks) come back to CivV modding. If you have it installed just remove it and head over to the Community Balance Patch Project and grab a copy of that instead, it has most of the elements this mod had but in a better format, ie. changed to a DLL not a LUA mod. This makes it much more stable.

I tried the CBP a while ago and for some reason it didn't work. But I've taken your advice and I tried it again, and after deleting all my mods and cleaning my cache, it works now! Thank you, sir. Now I get to use all of these wonderful mods made by these wonderful modders.
