I created a custom map with a scenario (civ placement) in Civilization V SDK (the Civ V worldbuilder). When I play the map on its own, everything goes fine, but when I load the scenario the UI goes very wrong, as you can see in the attached screenshot.
I can still control units with the keyboard, but the “Choose promotion” stays here, and it stays full of no-way signs.
Did I do something wrong?
