• [x] Ceremonial Rites does not add +1 culture to monuments and theaters (YieldLibrary not fixed for culture)
• [x] Ceremonial Rites does give Culture Buildings, but they are not FREE
• [x] Exploration: Pioneer spirit not reveal the whole map.
• [x] Exploration: Pioneer spirit gave an archer and Chang Suek (not defensive unit) when playing with Siam.
• [ ] Scholasticism: does not give any science from city states that are friends, but not allies. City states that are allies do give science, but mousing over city state allies in the diplomacy pane reveals that, at least in the interface, the amount of science is not +3 per era, but varies depending on the city state. The science counter at the top of the interface, when moused over to reveal the details of science income, reflects earning the amount of science from city states as their sum would suggest, but again, what they suggest is not what the social policy states that they should give. One thing I did notice was that when using CSD with CEP I got Scholl of Scribes when picking Ceremonial burial. This has the same FLAVOR_CULTURE as e.g. the monument. This specific issue isn't such a big deal as ceremonial burial is being reworked anyway (Maybe I was the only one who liked it as it was) but IMHO it does show that flavors could need a tweak. An example: Theatres and Monuments have the same FLAVOR_CULTURE even though the former gives more culture.
