[Issue]: Project Context > "Click here to insert a hyperlink" sometimes need 5s to show the complete insert hyperlink window #273

Issue Description

In Project Context, after click on "Click here to insert a hyperlink" to open and close window several times, "Click here to insert a hyperlink" will show blank window first and need around 5s to show complete insert hyperlink window.

This issue also happens on Vulnerabilities tab > Defect URL

Duplicate Steps

  1. "Click here to insert a hyperlink" to open and close window several times
  2. "Click here to insert a hyperlink" again, it will show blank window first
  3. Wait around 5s, then can see the text field to enter URL.
  4. After that it always need longer time (around 5s) to show full window.

Expected Results

It should immediately show complete window
