[Issue]: The formatting of the error message when saving the file is not uniform #285

Issue Description

The whitespace in Risk tab issues and the indentation compared to other tabs is not uniform

Duplicate Steps

  1. Open or create an sra with issues in the Risks tab and Vulnerabilities tab
  2. Save the file (Ctrl-S)
  3. Notice the issues in the screenshot below image

Expected Results

Format all errors uniformly. The formatting function can be common to all tabs so changes can be made in one place and you ensure the outputs are consistent
