Hi, Can you make binaries for Windows and Linux APP uploader?

botletics commented 5 years ago

Sorry, that's up to SIMCom to do, I have no control over that.

Wiz-IO commented 5 years ago

not prob ... I found pytnon scripts, will test soon... Thanks!

@Wiz-IO You can use Qualcomm's EFS browser to upload from windows and the linux uploader is really easy to compile.

To be honest I dont want to get into prebuilt package distribution as it results in a hell of a lot work. (You cant simply build one linux version as there are different architectures with different distributions).

Yep, I build ubuntu version - will test tommorow I'm investigating the Qualcomm protocol... and I will try to create a python uploader for my project

Thanks for answer

Hi, I am using 7070g board. it is not allowed me to copy the DAM application to /custapp directory. It looks for me no access/restricted access. Any help

@ambu-jslvs Have you tried uploading with QPST ? I don't know which internal chip the module uses, but looking at the specsheet its probably the same one. However it might well be possible the functionality is disabled for some reason.
