Since we have to complete a draft or have a fully completed survey by the next meeting, I have composed a survey on Google Forms.

Everyone with the link should be able to freely add or remove content.

From other student surveys, I have seen in the past that they contain a consent form at the beginning. I am unsure whether that is something we construct ourselves or @DoctorMikeReddy can provide the consent form.

Additionally, to distribute these surveys, we have to hand in the ethics forms that we still have not handed into Mike. This also needs to be done by the next meeting.

Added @user9536 & @Ryan-Fletcher emails for the permissions so it should be working now

I guess it's because our student emails aren't gmail anymore, just set it to everyone with the link can edit image

I have noticed there has been questions added to the report. This is great, but at some point we need to come together and discuss what questions would generate the most beneficial data.

Sorry I've been ill since yesterday, not sure if it's because there were students coughing and sneezing around the work area, I planned to come in today, but yet still got a huge headache and a running nose. I suggest communicating on discord as all of us have this app and it doesn't require supercomputers to run.
