Gimbal outputs don't work #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.connect cam servos to d44 and d45
2. try to use gimbal functions with anny channel 6-8
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
roll on 44 pitch on 45
instead pitch on 44 and works as supposed but on wrong pin. impossible to use 
pin45 it just rolls/pitch max or min and does not respond to radio or board 
level

What version of the MegaPirateNG are you using?
2.9r6 rev289

Found the sulotion.
RC 5-11 in mission planner is missleading, it's not the rc of transmitter but 
internal of FC and rc5 and rc6 those are bound to 44 and 45 pins.
both the FC internal channels and the radio Channels use the same name scheme.
