I'm allergic to proprietary software, so maybe you could help me debug this. I have a feeling that if you omit the --user option when installing OR alternatively add the directory that it installed the script in to your $PATH that you'll be back in business.
This is probably an issue with pip, so maybe one of theseissues needs to be reopened?
