The problem was that in the path I added play_with_mpv.py from the folder C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python310\site-packages But I should have play-with-mpv.exe from the folder C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python310\Scripts
