Mobs spawning 2 on each other

Saw 2 times till now, both were random beast mobs in Desolace. It looks like 1 mob if the mob stays still, but when you attack you realises there were 2 mobs spawned on each other.

Any time you see this let a gm know or tell us exact coords of mobs. We can move the spawns in game.
