Bindings and Casings quests work.
The follow up quest, Supression (sorry I don't have the ID atm, I'm not in game) does not. When the warlock begins and completes the channel on the doomguard commander npc, it dies and spawns the crystal prison as intended, however, when you attempt to click on it, it generates an error message that states "You are not allowed to open this". Even GMs are given this error message.
