Read information about user economy from MTG:A log #4

While the collection state is dynamically imported, other information such as booster count or wildcard progress is currently hardcoded. Ask those values from the user during startup.

We are already parsing the MTG:A log for the user collection, so we can parse the economy info from that as well instead of asking the user.
