Currency Tooltips have no control options #32

Not sure if this is a bug or intended, but when all of the tooltip options are disabled, the count tooltip still shows up when looking at currencies in the currency window. It would be great if those tooltips were controlled by the other tooltip options or had their own control options to toggle them.
