Added option to use debug api
Changed module verification. It will not hard fail to load in all cases anymore.

Event Table:

Fixed width of "Manage Events" view
Reordered reminder button actions to be on top
Fixed duplicate adding of events to area. Increased startup performance.
Added menu item "Enabled Events" to "Manage Events" view
