Update Waypoint for Ley-Line Anomaly (Gendarran Fields) #115

Describe the bug The gathering place for Ley-Line Anomaly(Gendarran Fields) is at [Applenook Hamlet Waypoint] [&BJEBAAA=] when I click on the item in the Event table it sends me to Provern Shore Waypoint [&BOQAAAA=]

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Event Table in Blish Hud
  2. Use your Hot Key to display Events from Event Table
  3. Click (Select) event Ley-Line Anomaly (Gend
  4. Paste into say chat the waypoint for event

Expected behavior When click on Ley-Line Anomaly in Event table it will give me the waypoint that groups normally congregate at.

Error Submission Module Are you using the Error Submission Module? No

Additional context I looked at the code on Github and I believe the data for events is stored on some backend server. I don't know the process to accessing and updating, but I believe this is a content bug.

This is a problem/difference with NA and EU. The provided waypoint is the one used by EU and is also listed in the gw2 wiki timer.

I can see if I can implement different waypoints based on region. Just note that it is relatively low on my priority list.

The data structure will be available with 3.10.0 Can you confirm that you are on NA? I will change that in the events file after that
