[BUG] Clicking Event results in jumping map, as if moving mouse #136

Message: I've had this bug for a long time, after i click on an event, the map opens, zooms out and quickly just jumps around. The mouse doesnt move but often tries to click.

This issue is known. At the moment I have no way to reproduce it and fix it
