Extract internals of [markdown].js in to a component #537

Currently the [markdown].js file at the root is a copy of wi/2021/[markdown].js. To avoid code duplication the internals should be extracted out in to a component and the pages updated to to use that component.

@kburnell suggestion on where in the component tree of folders this component should live?

Does this include everything, e.g. the api call too?
