Description

Create component folder. Move component to folder Update imports throughout app Create spec file Create story file Verified propTypes

Fixes #556

Motivation and Context

Resolves Issue created from Storyboard to organize, test, and have create a Storybook.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tests pass. Run app -> videos still appear Import statements to YouTubeVideo Component changed.
