Bug description: Chalice obtained but won't complete this quest. It's a level 
34 Campaign quest but is not even listed the npc "Gelkugin" list of in progress 
to complete.

What steps will reproduce the problem?: Get this quest from "Gelkugin", get the 
Chalice and try to complete this quest at "Gelkugin".

What is the expected output?: Completed Quest

This has been a an issue for awhile now, any updates on this one?
