r287 Rez Command #369

When a player die and you use //rez command on it I see wings on it when he 
move and the player dosen't see that. And also I see when is death i see it on 
air with wings not in knees.

Besure to only rez someone (especially with //rez instant) when the die 
animation is fully played (so only rez when wings are fully closed).
