Correct breakAtHome, when creating new WorkDay #20

When there's no WorkTimes given for a Day and the user creates a HomeTime via editing Table, the break is set to be on-Site. Correctly determine which WorkTime is set on creation of new WorkDay and set breakAtHome accordingly.
