It may be relevant to merge some of the sections regarding testing from issue #20 into the non-functional requirements of the software. @b-en thoughts? I felt that your points at the end of the methodology section were more relevant to the specs of our website than our methods.

The same can also be said for the hardware specs and relevant section in methodology. Issue #18 may need to be modified as well to reflect this
