Outline strategies for creating hardware prototype and software prototype.

Current suggestions:

split group into smaller sub-groups to focus on hardware and software respectively
ordering parts should be in this section
software should be designed with authentication in mind, further research necessary should be outlined, etc...

Added a Methodology section to Lit review wiki page which lists point form descriptions of proposed lit review content.
