Basically what the title says. We really only need to transition the contents of the /Website directory in the root of this repository.

For the time being I've copied these files over into the ENGO500-Webserver repository. @b-en if you need anything from those folders please let me know and I'll send the current versions to you, or you can roll them back with git on your own.
