Hi, the example given for customer includes

add n/Betsy Crowe t/friend e/betsycrowe@example.com a/Newgate Prison p/1234567 t/criminal

which is an unrealistic and not very intuitive situation for a possible customer, as the user is unlikely to have a customer who is at Newgate Prison. Could afford to have a more helpful scenario like a course mate or something similar.
