Cancelling an order that is faulty does not give error message nor expected behaviour

Faulty order (due to the editing order's product to non-existent menu item) cannot be cancelled. Even so, there is no error message to say why it cannot be cancelled.

This could cause great inconvenience to not be able to cancel nor complete an order.
