It actually redirects you to the glossary link in the Overview (TOC), where you need to click Glossary again to go to the actual glossary section.
It is perfectly understandable that you thought it redirects you to the quick start because these 2 lines are very close.
However, we agree that requiring two clicks here is unnecessarily inconvenient, so we accept this issue.
We suggest to classify this as very low severity as this is a low priority issue for v1.4.

Reason for disagreement: Hello, thank you for your response. Yes, upon your mention it does seem that the glossary link in the Overview links to the outline's "Glossary" bullet point.
However, I disagree that the severity should be downgraded severity.VeryLow, and I believe it should remain as a severity.Low issue.
According to the pictures as shown in the original description of the issue, the link is in the context that the user would reasonably assume that the hyperlink would lead to the 'glossary of terminologies'. Furthermore, besides the two clicks being unnecessarily inconvenient as mentioned, there is also the confusion originally faced when I first encountered the issue -- whereby the user may assume the link had lead to the Quick Start section.
As this causes unnecessary inconvenience and confusion for the user, I believe it should remain as a severity.Low issue.
For reference, below is the PE guidelines on broken or incorrect links having a possible severity of Low or Medium.
