[Suggestion] config to add mobs to spawn in different biomes

for example, i would like to use biomedict for elephants to spawn in more biomes, or to add the bugs to spawn in incendium biomes

We wont make the biome configurable, but we'll add support to other mods who add meadow like biomes 😄
