New flowers don't have any tags #10

Mostly this feels strange because without even the vanilla tags, bees won't recognize them in any way. I feel like that's probably not intended?

Using version 1.4.0 on Fabric Loader 0.14.9 and Fabric API 0.60.0 for Minecraft 1.19.2

Ive tested this and they do have the tags and the bees do pollinate off of them I suggest looking at other mods in your instance and making sure it isn't one of those causing this.
