1.18.2 elephants dont spawn also where is the planter boxes?

i havnt seen a single elephant in the medows, also where is the planter boxes? also id like forge to have a config like fabric, would make issues like this so much esier too solve and test from a players perspective.

Elephants definitely spawn and the flower box is in 1.19 I do not backport features.
