This is actually from the auto-scan tool.
Since Macs now have the same processor as iPhone and iPad it's relatively easy to run iPhone apps on Mac now if certain conditions are met.

I assume someone downloaded Genchin Impact on their phone, then downloaded it from their Purchase history on their Mac, then scanned it on the Apple Silicon App Test
Perhaps we can tweak the wording to say the app supports Mac AND iPhone, but I'll have find some time to detect iPhone apps that were scanned on a Mac.
