2.10.14 is super sluggish, and almost unusable.

The 2.10.22 experimental build (still Rosetta 2) is just as bad.

Looks like this is ready to go.

For status, we'll say: ✳️ Yes, works via Rosetta 2 but with noticeable performance dip

And also we'll link to that screenshot as verification

Unofficial Build for GIMP on ARM64

GIMP 2.10.32 now comes with an official stable Apple Silicon build.
