How do I add a player to a tag? #8

if youre using a database, add it to the database (see "database example.txt"). If youre using the cfg file instead of a database (togsclantags_use_mysql 0), follow the instructions at the top of "togsclantags.cfg" (or copy a setup and edit the details).
