Adding a player to a round #60

For late arrivals.

Add player to round, pin existing pairings, clear bye, regenerate pairings. This will be challenging because the player currently has to be added at the registration screen and added as a drop to each current round.

I think I have an easier solution in place. I've set up the Round screen to allow new players to be added if no games have been reported. This needs to be tested.
