Name it to COPYING because "GNU conventions".

Maybe I should make a custom license? Idk, it's just that GPL is very long and I want to be sure it does what I want...

alternatively add a notice at the bottom of readme

Yea so for libraries, dual license LGPL and MIT. Meaning all the good benefits of GPL for the user OR companies can use it.

Apps or good libraries, dual license GPL and commercial. Meaning GPL until I give exception
