[X] I have made sure that this feature isn't possible with this project's plugin system and/or configuration and core changes must be made to make this happen
This PowerSchool feature exists but is disabled. We need to do something like Notification API and long-running scheduled interval process or smth. Let's fully optimize PowerSchool before we do this
