Not working with Comcast wifi #161

I noticed something odd, when I use Comcast WiFi for proxy configurations, it doesn’t seem to work but with different WiFi that’s not Comcast it works??

I don't have such device so I cannot test, but who knows what this device is exactly doing... Remember, when using the proxy, there must be access allowed between the network devices.
