The quote retrieved is not "random". It retrieves the same set of quote from a list of it.

Team's Response

While there is a pre-loaded list of quotes, the selection process for a quote is still random.

According to the definition of "Random" on the Merriam-Webster dictionary:

Our usage of the word "random" is compliant with definition 1b, whereby the quotes are, indeed, randomly selected from the pre-loaded list of quotes in our application.
