Unable to add "duplicate" items even though they have different attributes. They can be a problem if I have the same exact items with different expiry dates and different cost and sell prices.

Hi, thanks for your bug report. We have designed our application such that we do not allow duplicates. As mentioned in the UG, if you wish to add the same item with different attributes, we recommend naming the items with a suffix.
