• inserted new text into faq.md as requested by Laura
• updated generate_csv function in generate_schema_csv.py to generate latest csv from subdirectories as some schemas were missing from the latest documentation
• removed path to the google sheet in ucl_discovery.md as this has restricted permissions (not publicly available)

Query for @keegansmith21 - is the schema file in oapen_metadata.md correct? Currently onix_latest.csv, but should it be oapen_metadata_filter.json?
