Testscript Blocks don't have the specified colour #62

As stated in the title I used the testscript shown in the Content Tweaker Wiki. Everthing works fine, except the blocks which are just default "white".

Fixed in both 1.10 and 1.12, not worrying about 1.11 at this point as there's no ContentTweaker
