Replaceable settings are ignored, ores generate at any level within range. #4

Forge Version & ORE + BASE Versions

Forge:12.18.2.2112 O.R.E: 1.0.3-1.10.2

Expected behavior

Ores generate in blocks defined in json. example: "replaceable": [ "minecraft:stone", "minecraft:dirt", "minecraft:gravel" ],

Actual Behavior

these settings are ignored, generate in all blocks within specified height range, this is occurring with geodes and veins for me.

Other ores are generating in the air

set height to be above sea level to see the effects of this

The same thing happens with cluster spawning as well.
