Resupplying the Excavation quest #1400

Hi, Resupplying the Excavation quest (https://db.thealphaproject.eu/index.php?action=show_quest&id=273) is not working. When you go to Huldar nothing is happening and you cant talk with him. An ambush and NPCs are supposed to appear when you arrive near Huldar but I don't know if this is the case in this alpha version but you cant complete this questline.

This quest needs to be db scripted.
