Make Journeyman Physician and First Aid II available through trainer.
Relocate Nissa Firestone, she was below IF with wrong Z.
Fix Keldas faction.
GroupMovement, prevent warning spam.
Fix Timer OOC events..

We should add First Aid III and IV to the trainers too, in 0.5.3 they were player spells not item spells. Also we need to set flags, required_skill, required_skill_rank, spellid_1 and spellcategory_1 to 0 for the two Wool Bandages.

By the way, here you made Heavy Linen Bandage require a skill of 100, isn't that too much? I think they should match the Bandage skill requirement. (40 for Heavy Linen Bandage, 80 for Wool and 115 for Heavy Wool).
