Create Subscribe to podcast action #4

Relies on issue #3 Users should be able to subscribe to podcasts by Title, or feed url. If the podcasts doesn't exist try to create it from the feed url.

Eric and I added the ability to subscribe to existing podcasts, but you still cannot create new podcasts.
