Replacer #98

Includes fix for notification scaling issue and replacer handling of crafting stations, nodes with non-empty inventories and biome nodes.

I believe this branch is ready to squash and merge. Changes handle fixing scaling issue of notification and code to prevent setting replacer to nodes in the 'not_in_creative_inventory' group as well as some minor code clean up and reorganization. If there are no concerns I'll merge and delete this branch and issue #91.
