NAS optimisation. #16

The latency time for accessing the NAS is (sometimes) to high. Is this due to the WD intellipower* disks? Are all disks of this kind? To me it seems like only some of the disks are slow at times.

*The disk stop spinning/slows down when not used

Will solve it selfe as we upgrade to better disks.
